The Day From ?????????????

A day out on the course. Can you guess which tee box this is?

Day started out great. I got up at 6:30, (yes the girls did sleep in), did puppy duty and even cleaned the fish tank.

We went to play golf and had a very enjoyable time. Kristin even shot a 48 on the back. I honestly think that by the end of the season she will be shoolting in the low 90"s. It was pretty funny today. She didn't want to keep score, but she wanted her dad and mom to do it but not tell her what it was. She had a 200 yd drive on 5 and was on the left side pin high in 2. But, oops, ended up with a 7. She was hitting the ball great today. While on the course, we heard from our little Katie. It just got worse from there.

Where, oh where have my lil' golf clubs gone? That seemed to be the the theme of the afternoon. Tears, some homework done and some tears again. Finally at about 5:15 pacific daylight savings time, we had good news and the lil' clubs were with their rightful owner. What a relief.

Dinner was bobli bread and salad. That hit the spot.

How many days until Palm Springs? Let's put it this way, next week at this time the Phillips Family will be on the pink side. Ma and Pa do have a base so it won't be so bad as in the past. We will have a tee time all set up for Monday morning and will sitting out on the patio having a nice cool drink thinking of Katie in Eugene in the possible showers.

Hope you had a great spring break. Talked to your grandparents this evening and nanny said that you had some pretty burned shoulders. Just think, they won't do that again when you go back down there in a couple of weeks.
