We swam against North yesterday. the 1;18 was in the 100 free. If she had done that in the back, she would be going to district.
busy day today. haven't finished what I need to do today for practice.
quizno's night tonight.
Tomorrow, I have a swim meet tomorrow at Corvallis all day. I'll leave at 6:30 and be home at about 9pm. Hopefully, the kids swim well.
sunday, we might play golf. sorry there isn't much today, but it's boring.

we aren't going to dinner because its family dinner tonight. but i'm invited. last friday i was the one that suggested that they all eat the same thing and sit at the table. so i get to be there bc it was my idea. so we will go to dinner tomorrow night and we are still going to the movie.
group therapy was nice. i might go into to do private sessions bc i really should work on things that are wired in my head wrong. maybe?
